New Hill Educational Mentorship program and Opportunity Outdoors have teamed up again to provide our third annual mentored butchering events in North Carolina. These events are built to provide hands on experience with seasoned mentors on how to butcher whitetail deer. Each deer is donated by local hunters to help hunters learn what it takes to bring their harvest to the freezer and dinner table.
